The Wickham Park association does termite control abatement for all buildings.  This is the only pest control performed for residents / renters.

Inside pest control is the responsibility of the resident.  Also, private areas such as lenai areas are also the responsibility of the resident/owner.

The lawn maintenance company does lawn pest control applications as needed.  Again they perform this pest control application on common areas only.  Private areas are the responsibility of the resident/owner.
