Parkway trees, those trees planted between the sidewalk and the street, are maintained by Orange County.  In general, Orange County will trim trees when a request is made by a resident.

If you have one or more trees in your area that need to be trimmed (low or broken branches, etc.) you can call the Orange County help line by dialing 311.  The help line operator will take you name and address information along with the tree trimming you are requesting.  There is no charge for Orange County tree trimming along the parkway.
