For the safety of all; please do not exceed the 25 MPH speed limit in the community. This is your neighborhood, your children and those of your neighbors.

In our community, parking is allowed on both sides of all streets except for areas specifically marked as “No Parking“.  When parking on the street, always have cars parked in the direction of traffic.  All streets within the community are considered Orange County managed and maintained.  As all streets are public, there are no reserved parking areas along the community streets. Parking on grass areas or blocking fire hydrands is prohibited and violators are subject to ticketing by Orange County police.

Our streets are patrolled and monitored by Orange County Police department. Parking problems should be reported to the Orange County Police (non-emergency phone number: 407- 836-4357).

Please do not block mail boxes when parking.  Cars should not be parked in front of mail boxes.  The Post Office needs room to open the mail boxes and park their mail delivery vehicle.  The Post Office will not deliver mail to mail-boxes that are blocked by parked cars.

Park commercial or recreational vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, etc. inside the garage. Parking of commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, etc. on the streets is not permitted.  Parking on any grass areas or alleyways is not permitted. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. If you have any doubt, contact the  Wickham Park Manager from Sentry Management.
